Shipments and Returns

Shipping of your package

Packages are usually shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via laposte with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages can also be shipped via DHL and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method as it incurs additional charges. Whatever the chosen delivery method, we send you a link to track your package online.

The shipping costs include the preparation and packing costs as well as the shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We can not group two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Delivery time

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5-7 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on Sundays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Return of your order

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Must be reported to our service within 48 hours after receipt of the package. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of products cannot be returned.

To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only a partial refund is given: (if applicable) * Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has certain parts missing for reasons not due to an error on our part. * Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery * Any personalized item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card issuing entity, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted. Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail at contact@coques-telephone.com.
